Asset Finance Lawyer NQ+ TO £££
This dynamic top 10 City firm is looking for an ambitious asset finance lawyer to join their market-leading team and work on high-value, complex domestic and cross-border asset financings. The team works with all classes of asset and type of structure, with particular strength in the transport sector, including shipping and aviation. Your caseload will be wide-ranging and will include cross-border leasing, procurement, structured asset and debt financing, security arrangements and transaction structuring. Ideally you will have strong academics and relevant asset finance experience gained with a comparable private practice firm or in-house.
