Residential Conveyancer

A leading national firm is looking for a conveyancer to join them in their team, based in Northampton.

THE ROLE

You will be handling a caseload of Freehold, Leasehold, Unregistered, New Build and Shared Ownership sale and purchase transactions with minimal supervision.

You will also supervise a team of 2-3 paralegals with systems and processes to ensure the efficient running of transactions, and ensure that your team can manage a volume caseload with minimal assistance.

You will also manage and develop working relationships with all work providers, seeking to establish a co-working relationship with them. You will need to ensure that your paralegals retain strong relations with work providers and are familiar with forecasts to enable them to work together with their providers to achieve common targets.


ABOUT YOU

- You will have at least 2 years of experience in managing your own residential conveyancing caseload
- You will ideally have experience of managing your own small team
