The Role:
- This is a standout opportunity for an Employment Senior Associate to join the firm's L500 department in Leeds
- To align with the firm's amiable ethos, you will be an experienced individual with a unique personality, keen to advise a range of household names and large national corporates
- You will manage a diverse caseload covering both contentious and non-contentious matters, including TUPE, redundancies, settlement agreements, projects and tribunal claims
- As a Senior Associate, you will also mentor junior members of the team and offer constructive training to support their development
- This role comes with strong prospects to progress, in line with the growth agenda. The firm are succession planning and keen to find the next generation of senior Lawyers, providing you with the platform for future partnership
The Ideal Candidate:
- An experienced Employment Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years PQE
