Opportunity for an experience Law Costs Draftsman to join this highly regarded Law Costs practice and work on a remote basis. There will be the expectation to visit the office infrequently (once a month) to meet the team and pick up any files.
Ideally you will have gained 2 years' experience as a Law Costs Draftsman and have experience of dealing with Private Clients, Court of Protection and Legal Aid matters, however training will be provided so if you have only touched upon these matters then further training can be given.
The work involved with this position will primarily be focused on dealing with Private Client & Court of Protection costs. However they prepare and process bills for assessment for costs to the LAA in Family (Public and Private Law) and Housing (Civil) matters. So this would be a diverse role and can offer you a broad range of work.
This practice are a family run practice that offer a great working environment and quality of work, as well as this they are flexible with their staff and offer remote working. Salary for this role is up to £40,000 - £45,000.
