Client Details
Family Paralegal required by a reputable and established East Midlands law firm. Reporting to the Head of Legal you will be responsible for running your own caseload of family matters to including both private and public.
Description
As a Family Paralegal, your caseload will be a mix between children, divorces and finances. A typical day could include:
- Taking detailed instructions and giving basic, clear, advice.
- Conducting preliminary negotiations.
- Drafting court applications to include divorce petitions, injunctions, non-molestation orders etc.
Profile
In order to be considered for this role, you will have a minimum of 6 months experience working within family and be based locally to Nottingham or within a commutable distance.
