Hybrid or Fully Remote basis

Our client, a leading Silver Circle City law firm is seeking a Real Estate Knowledge Lawyer for 3 days/21 hours a week for 6 months on a fixed-term contract basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to support the firms' Real Estate Group during a period of major changes to property and construction law. The Knowledge Lawyer will be able to assist the existing team with project-related work around the legislative changes, or alternatively to assist with standard knowledge lawyer tasks to enable the existing knowledge lawyers to have the capacity to take on this project work. The firm is very flexible, and is happy to be guided on the individuals' preference.

Your background:

This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced Knowledge Lawyer, or an associate looking to move into a Knowledge Lawyer role to assist with the breadth of work across the real estate group.

• qualified Solicitor with ideally 3+ PQE of commercial property (ideally with development experience) or non-contentious construction experience gained at a Top 200 or US/international law firm
• excellent academic record
