A truly amazing opportunity to oversee and head a highly respected clinical negligence department based in Manchester city centre but that also operates on a national level. To be considered for this role you will need to have gained at least 10 years PQE dealing with the highest value (£multi-million) clinical negligence matters and have experienced of management. 

The role is to oversee the clinical negligence department and help to drive the operational and financial performance of the department. You would also be expected to deal with a reduced caseload consisting of the highly complex & £multi-million matters that include matters such as catastrophic birth injuries and child brain injuries.

You will have a direct line of communication with the Partners within the business and have a direct influence on the shape of the department and will assist with growth & recruitment. The day to day duties will involve handling a reduced caseload but also dealing with supervision, management, training and ensuring KPI's are met as a team & individuals. 

Salary is up to £70,000 with a benefits scheme that includes an annual car allowance, 30 days leave + bank hols, agile working, enhanced MAT & PAT pay, travel & parking loans, pension and more.
