This is a rare role for a Corporate Principal Associate to join a commercial law firm in their Leeds office. You will join a growing, successful Corporate team and help run deals and supervise juniors.

Description
The Corporate Principal Associate will take responsibility running deals which include private equity and cross border M & A work. You will support the Partners and also help supervise juniors. You will build and develop client relationships with existing and new clients and also internal colleagues.
Profile
You will be a Corporate Solicitor who has worked on private equity and M & A deals. It is likely that you will already be working for a large commercial law firm and you will have knowledge of the Leeds market. The successful candidate will already be working as a Corporate Principal Associate or you will be a mid to senior lawyer looking for Principal associate role.
