Commercial Property Locum
Sellick Partnership is currently recruiting for an experienced commercial property locum on behalf of a well respected local authority in the South East.
Duties will include:
- Advising on acquisitions and disposals of commercial properties
- Advising on landlord and tenant matters
- Lease renewals
- Rent reviews
- License to assign and to underlet
Person specification:
We are looking for a qualified solicitor, legal executive or lawyer with previous experience within commercial property law. Previous local authority experience is highly desirable however experience gained in the wider public or private sector will be considered.
This is a full time, fully remote working role.
