An innovative and long-standing firm in Walsall is seeking a commercial property solicitor to join its expanding team.
This reputable Legal 500 firm is looking for a forward thinking and dynamic commercial property solicitor with around 3 plus years PQE to join its team which comprises around ten people to include partners, solicitors, and support staff.
The team is comprised of some exceptional lawyers with a real commercial aptitude and so a commercial property lawyer at 3 plus years PQE will be given autonomy in this position but also the ability to develop that skill set by working alongside senior solicitors.
As a commercial property solicitor in this team, you will work on a range of transaction for a diverse client base to include, but not limited to, acquisition and disposal of retail pharmacies, lease and lease renewals, agricultural land, and buildings along with development work.
To be considered, you’ll have 3 plus years commercial property experience, a strong academic profile and good commercial awareness. If you have strong roots in Walsall this is preferred, though not essential.
