An exciting opportunity has arisen within a Legal 150 law firm in Southampton at Partner level. This leading and national law firm is looking for an experienced Clinical Negligence Partner to join their team in this key placement. You will either be at Partner level already or a Senior Associate looking to take that next step up.
This team handle claimant clinical negligence claims for people who have suffered illness or injury as a result of substandard care in any medical setting including treatment from a GP, hospital, or clinic.
The successful Clinical Negligence Solicitor will handle a varied HNW caseload, the team handles all types of clinical negligence casework, including high value, complex obstetric and neonatal neurological injury, including cerebral palsy, neonatal hypoglycaemia, meningitis and Group B Strep.
You will ideally have around 10+ years' claimant experience in clinical negligence. You will be supervising and leading a clinical negligence team, so previous management experience is a must.
