Are you a Commercial Litigation Solicitor looking for a new challenge in a firm that will give you the support needed in your career.
My client is an established law firm based in the New Forest area that is looking to grow its successful Litigation team due to an increase in workload, in this key hire. As Commercial Litigation Solicitor (2-4 years PQE), you will provide expert advice on all aspects of litigation including commercial disputes, property Litigation (boundary disputes, possession claims, tenancy forfeitures), commercial contract disputes, partnership and shareholder disputes, professional negligence claims, construction disputes and employment issues. The role is to work alongside an experienced Litigator within the firm.
