Our client, a Top 200 law firm which is top tier in the Legal 500 in numerous areas, is looking to recruit into its Corporate team. In this role you will be involved in a broad range of Corporate work, but principally M&A transactions, joint venture and shareholders’ agreements, advice on corporate governance, partnership matters, and general commercial advice. The focus will be advising the team’s impressive roster of business clients.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a Commercial firm alongside experienced Partners in the Cumbria area.

Salary is negotiable but very competitive.
