Reporting into the Senior Corporate Lawyer and working within a small corporate team, you will play a key role on a wide variety of corporate M&A, joint ventures and start-ups, dealing with the drafting and negotiating of NDA's, SPA's and Shareholder Agreements, running the due diligence on transactions and providing general corporate advice in a way that facilitates the deal being done.

This role is suitable for a corporate lawyer who wants a higher degree of exposure to bigger, higher value deals, where you will be involved in the sharp end of deal negotiations and advising key stakeholders and board members. You will need experience of assisting on corporate transactions from cradle to grave. The organisation is targeting huge growth in the next few years, so it is key that you are motivated, a self-starter and eager to try your hand in a variety of different types of deals.

The package includes a generous base salary, sign on bonus, company and personal performance related bonus, with a true work life balance and 3 days working from home per week. Some travel to London expected as and when the business requires.
