THE ROLE
This is an opportunity for a disputes resolution Solicitor 4-6 PQE to join an established City based team
You will be handling insurance and reinsurance claims and coverage issues, advising insurers/reinsurers, brokers, insurance intermediaries, and policyholders
There will be an opportunity to handle more general contentious work, including commercial contract disputes, professional negligence claims, insurance market disputes in addition to regulatory and civil fraud work.
As a team member you will be playing an active role in contributing to the growth and development of a successful team, supervising and managing junior team members.
THE CANDIDATE
To be considered for this role, you will have a strong insurance/reinsurance background.
