Dispute Resolution Locum

Dispute Resolution Locum, 3 + PQE, Surrey/Hybrid working, ASAP start. This Legal 500 progressive firm in Surrey are keen to appoint an experienced Dispute Resolution Locum, you will be available to provide maternity cover for around 9 months. 

JOB TITLE: Dispute Resolution Locum – MAT Cover
PQE: 3+ years
LOCATION: Surrey/Hybrid working
SALARY: £40 - £45 per hour (£DOE)

THE ROLE:
This role is best suited to a Solicitor with upwards of 3 years’ experience within a previous dispute resolution role. You will be joining a team who assists clients with a range of matters to include, but not limited to, land and property disputes, wills and inheritance disputes, business disputes and commercial and civil litigation. This role will see the successful Dispute Resolution Locum dealing with all aspects of running the caseload from initial instruction through to completion. Commencing ASAP, you will be able to commit to the whole 9 months assignment. The role will be in office however there is potential for some hybrid working.

THE ROLE:
This busy team is seeking an ambitious Dispute Resolution Locum with around 3 years’ experience in this area of law. The successful applicant will assist in managing a busy client portfolio dealing with all aspects of dispute resolution. You will need to be extremely good at juggling the demands of multiple cases and be able to work proactively at all times, and independently where required.
