Job Title: Residential and Commercial Property Paralegal / Licensed Conveyancer

Salary: £38,000 (+ negotiable)

Location: Central London

Established, boutique London law firm are looking for a residential and commercial property paralegal / licensed conveyancer to join their leading team and deal with an interesting mix of residential property and commercial real estate work. It is essential that you have excellent communication skills as you will be expected to build rapport and relationships with established and new clients and act on your own initiative. This is a fast-paced, dynamic environment and you will be supporting just the one equity partner with his caseload of high-end residential transactions for HNW and UHNWIs.

The work is for established private clients and the role will include investment acquisition, residential sales and purchases, secured lending, and lease extensions. You will be servicing a VIP clientele at the very highest end of the London residential property market. It is essential that you are able to conduct searches with minimal supervision.

This role would suit a paralegal with at least 18 months’ experience in real estate with a genuine interest in residential property and is looking to progress their career in a London law firm.
