Residential Conveyancer

A new opportunity has arisen at a long-established law firm in Elmbridge for a residential conveyancing fee-earner (Chartered Legal Executive, Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer will be considered). 

Additionally, this firm has a solid foundation of referrers therefore this is not a business development role but will require strong client relationship skills. 

The work is a full range of residential conveyancing with a focus on HNW properties in the firm’s local area; typical property values range upwards of £1 million so hitting your target will be very achievable. 

You will be handling: 

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Lease extensions
• Re-mortgages
• Transfers of equity
• Occasionally Help-to-buys 

The ideal candidate must be: 

• Qualified with 3-7 years of experience
• Able to manage their own caseload with secretarial support
• Driven to provide a quality level of work and service to their clients
