The Role:
- This is a highly rewarding opportunity for a Corporate Senior Associate to join the firm's vibrant office in Leeds, with hybrid working in place
- You will join a Legal 500 accredited department, surrounded by leaders in the Corporate field - a team that strives for excellence and exceptional client service, advising a range of FTSE250 corporates, national heavyweights, small businesses and start-ups
- To align with this, you will be an experienced individual with a firm grasp of the legal technicalities of all aspects of corporate transactions, ready to further expand this knowledge to the highest standard
- You will manage a complex caseload covering M&A transactions, corporate governance, venture capital and private equity deals, joint ventures, partnerships & LLPs and reorganisations
- As a Senior Associate, you will also closely mentor junior members of the corporate team and liaise with other seniors to support the development of the department
- This role comes with strong prospects to progress, in line with the growth agenda - the firm are succession planning and keen to find the next generation of senior Lawyers, providing you with the platform for future partnership
The Ideal Candidate:
- An experienced Corporate Solicitor with 4 to 8 years PQE
