Employment Senior Solicitor/Partner
East Yorkshire
A legal 500 and chambers listed law firm with a first-rate reputation throughout East Yorkshire is looking to recruit a senior lawyer partner to their Employment team.
The successful candidate for this role will be an experienced employment lawyer with knowledge and experience in dealing with the broad range of contentious employment matters including high level grievance and disciplinary issues, whistleblowing investigations, complex disability claims, equal pay disputes, union action and a range of discrimination complaints, and non-contentious including TUPE transfers, redundancy exercise, settlement agreements and employee/employer handbooks and contracts
It is likely you will be working at a senior level in your current role ideally with some experience of managing a team.
You will be joining a department that is rightly considered to be one of the strongest specialist teams in the area. As well as strong technical ability and legal knowledge you should also be keen to get involved in the business development activities of the firm ensure the continued success of the department and play a key part in the continued growth of the team
