Residential Conveyancer

If you are an experienced Residential Conveyancer, this is an exciting opportunity to join one of the leading legal firms in Nuneaton. This is a new role due to the growth and expansion of the existing department.
The successful candidate will oversee and undertake all aspects of residential conveyancing which will mean managing a caseload including Leasehold, New Builds, Help to Buy and shared ownership.
The position would suit a qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with at least three years’ residential conveyancing experience as you will need to be able to work independently and unsupervised. In return, you will receive a competitive salary and remuneration.
