Locum Property Paralegal

Locum Property Paralegal– East Midlands – Remote Working – Up to £20 per hour Umbrella

Venn Group’s specialist legal team are thrilled to be recruiting for a Locum Property Paralegal to join a Local Authority in the East Midlands.

This role is offered on a remote working basis and the position is for an initial period of three months with the scope to be ongoing thereafter. The client is ideally seeking a candidate on a full time basis.

Duties may include:

• Managing a variety of right to buy transactions

• Dealing with conveyancing for sales and purchases

• Providing advice to Council Members and Officers

• Conveyancing for sales and purchases including working with auctioned properties

• Dealing with the Land Registry

• Work across Legal teams with any administrative tasks such as bundling and legal research

An attractive hourly rate of £15- £20 per hour Umbrella is offered for this position dependant on experience. The ideal candidate will be immediately available.
