Residential Conveyancer - Remote

Modern and customer focused firm with offices nationally is keen to hear from ambitious Conveyancers with a proven track record in successfully handling their own diverse caseload. The firm has, in recent years, undergone an exciting period of growth and is looking to expand its long established and CQS accredited team in the North.

THE OPPORTUNITY
Your role will involve working within a friendly and supportive team handling a varied caseload of freehold and leasehold sales, purchases and remortgages to include, new build, buy to let, help to buy, shared ownership, transfer of equity, probate sales and lease extensions from initial inception to completion.

The firm offers a strong network of good quality work to include referred work and established relationships with local estate agents and national homeloan organisations.

A minimum of 4 years experience managing your own diverse caseload of conveyancing files and the ability to handle complex residential property matters with minimal supervision is essential.
