Are you an ISDA negotiator with upwards of 10 years' PQE, looking to move away from the traditional Private Practice or In-House model, towards a more flexible and innovative way of working?
Our client, who is an innovative legal platform are looking to engage with ISDA Negotiators, with upwards of 10 years' experience, on a consultancy basis.
Candidates should be able to commit to a minimum of 3 days a week and be able to accept work on a project-by-project basis. A client following is not required.
They operate in a flexible and innovative fashion, utilising technology and AI to transform the way legal services are provided to their clients. This arrangement is also non-exclusive, so can sit alongside other revenue streams.

In order to be considered, candidates should be able to demonstrate the following:
- Qualification as a Solicitor in England & Wales with a current Practising Certificate
- Upwards of 10 years' PQE in handling a full range of ISDA Negotiations
- A solid background within Private Practice and/or In-House
- Strong technical knowledge and relevant UK experience
- The capacity to accept additional projects alongside current commitments/workflow
- Entrepreneurial mindset, team player, and with a spread of expertise and experience in providing ISDA documentation support.
