3-8 PQE Real Estate Lawyer

The national team regularly advises some of the UK's leading and most prestigious organisations and institutions on complex and exciting projects. The Birmingham team is led by two partners and benefits from the strength of the firm's sector focusses across a range of private and public sectors. This role would suit a real estate lawyer with at least 3 years PQE who enjoys working on a wide range of general and specialised non-contentious commercial property advice and who enjoys building long term client relationships.

The work will involve a mixture of sole conduct of matters and assisting partners on larger property (or property related) transactions.

The Birmingham team has particular strengths in, and a focus on, giving the full range of commercial property advice to universities, further education colleges, healthcare providers and corporate occupiers. The team also works closely with the firm's national commercial and corporate practice to provide real estate support on corporate and banking transactions.
