This leading international law firm in Birmingham has one the UK's largest real estate practices.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with highly successful clients including; pension funds, overseas investors, specialist REITs, and housing associations to help deliver high quality and high-profile projects. Working in one of the biggest dedicated commercial development and investment teams in the UK, this role would suit a real estate lawyer with at least 3 years' experience in development or asset management work who is looking to take the next step in their career and work on more challenging and innovative real estate projects.

The team work on a range of projects including offices, retail and shopping centres, business and retail parks, hotels, logistics parks, industrial estates, retirement living, student accommodation and social housing as well as many mixed used sites.

This is a real opportunity for a ambitious and hardworking lawyer to truly increase the depth and breadth of their experience, working in a client facing role. The work is varied, demanding and interesting and will provide the opportunity to develop and nurture solid client relationships, as well as work closely with colleagues.
