THE ROLE:
Our client is currently looking for an experienced Conveyancing Legal Assistant with 12 months experience within a previous Conveyancing role, to join their team on a permanent basis. The appointed Legal Assistant will be responsible for assisting the team and the wider departments where required to ensure exceptional levels of client’s care. In this role as a Conveyancing Legal Assistant, your key duties will include, carrying out administrative duties to support the department in managing client expectations, answering and directing telephone/email queries and creating, updating and amending internal reports.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from candidates that will have gained a minimum of 12 months experience within a similar role. A good understanding of the Solicitors Accounts Rules is essential. You will have excellent written & verbal communication skills, the ability to manage your time effectively and prioritise your workload where needed will be the key to being successful in this role.
