Residential Property Locum Solicitor - East London
A private practice law firm in East London is looking for assistance from a Locum Residential Property Solicitor.
The requirement is to start ASAP.
The caseload consists of matters relating to freehold sales/purchases, leasehold sales/purchases, transfer of equity, remortgages, right to buy, shared ownership, equity release and grants of new lease or licenses.
The ideal candidate will be a Solicitor/Legal Executive/Fee Earner qualified by experience, with at least 5 year's experience of handling Residential Property caseload.
This opportunity would suit someone who is happy to work in an office and someone who is available immediately.
