Commercial Property Solicitor
West Yorkshire
QED Legal are working with a very highly regarded property law boutique practice in West Yorkshire who are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their expanding team.
This firm are different. No really, they are.
They offer excellent flexibility and diversity coupled with outstanding work.
There are 8 Partners across 2 offices in Yorkshire and the Northwest with 6 of them being Female, reinforcing the gender diversity in the firm.
The firm are looking to recruit a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor with strong experience across a broad spectrum of commercial property work including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant, and development work.
The firm have a strong client base including large blue-chip businesses across multiple sectors as well as local and regional work.
There really is an emphasis on flexibility here – the firm will look at those candidates perhaps wanting a shorter working week, with the ability to work remotely from home too. 3 of the female Partners here work part time and enjoy lots of flexibility on how they work and this filters from the top down.
Although strictly speaking a following is not required for this position it would be expected that as a senior commercial property solicitor you would have strong contacts and connections in the region and be willing to build upon them.
Salary is competitive and open to discussion based on experience + great benefits.
