An award-winning full service Legal 500 commercial law firm has an opening for an experienced senior Solicitor to join their Civil Litigation department in Lancashire.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Solicitor (5 years' PQE+) who has a solid background in Civil (& potentially some Commercial Litigation) to join a highly regarded and reputable law firm based out of their Wigan office.
You'll deal with your own portfolio of Civil Litigation files, cases covered would include: misrepresentation claims, finance litigation, landlord & tenant matters, consumer rights disputes and construction claims. As a busy litigation unit this is not an exhaustive list, and an array of other disputes would also be handled!
As a confident litigator you will have demonstrable experience dealing with a varied caseload, you'll have the full support of the wider qualified department and the legal assistants/support function within the team to enable you to produce the highest quality of work possible.
On offer is a competitive salary, in line with your PQE and prior Civil Litigation experience including on-site parking, flexible and home working.
