An opportunity has arisen at a very well-established Somerset firm, for a Residential Property Solicitor/Fee Earner or Conveyancer to join their Residential Conveyancing Department, as part of their continued growth.
They are friendly, flexible and offer high quality work with both long-standing land owner clients, to High-Net-Worth clients, and a variety of other property-based work.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience, be comfortable and confident in liaising directly with clients, agents, lenders and other parties.
You will be able to manage a caseload of residential property transactions from start to finish to include:
