Corporate Lawyer NQ+

An opportunity has arisen for a newly qualified corporate lawyer to join a sector leading London team.

Work will cover a broad range corporate matters including mergers & acquisitions, investments and venture capital, ECM, and emerging markets.
The team has a well established reputation in the technology space, so clients regularly include leading tech businesses and start-ups, but also include large sports teams, household names, and FTSE listed companies.

Experience in an established commercial team will be essential for this role. Candidates with a common law qualification overseas( Australia, New Zealand) will be considered for this role.
