Legal Counsel

A global market-leading business operating in the logistics and technology sectors seeks an additional Legal Counsel to join their established team of 3.

Based in Crewe, this role will involve 4 days a week in the office so this is a role for a lawyer who enjoys working closely with the wider business in person. You will benefit from new, purpose built offices and the role will give the successful lawyer varied, international experience.

Reporting to the General Counsel you will be involved with:

- Negotiation and drafting of multi-jurisdictional commercial contracts;
- Involvement in acquisitions, this business continues to grow across a number of sectors globally;
- Compliance and regulatory matters;
- Real estate work; and
- Employment matters.

Having placed the team there I can attest to the quality of their backgrounds and friendly, supportive approach. This role would suit a lawyer from 0-2 PQE coming from a commercial, corporate, real estate or employment background.
