Our client is looking to appoint a Conveyancer to join its growing dedicated Residential Property team based near Newcastle upon Tyne. The firm is a specialist Property business with a clear vision to be a leading conveyancing business in the UK.

The client is a growing law firm who only deal with Residential Property work. They have a clear vision and strategy to be a leading legal firm in this area if law. The firm has a different approach to many firms offering full administration support, no targets, bonus and overtime alongside sensible caseload numbers!
Description
The Conveyancer will join a dedicated team and pick up a manageable caseload of sales and purchase, remortgage and transfers of equity. You will liaise with clients, lenders and estate agents and deal with the transaction from instruction to completion.
Profile
You will be a Conveyancer with ties to the Newcastle area. The client is open minded on experience levels but you should be confident to handle your own caseload of files. ILEX and Solicitors will be considered.
