Senior Solicitor / Senior Associate / Legal Director - Catastrophic Injury

My client is a well-regarded, top tier insurance firm who are looking to recruit a Solicitor for their growing Catastrophic Injury team dealing with large loss RTA & EL/PL claims.
The Role
- You will manage your own claims (generally to the value of £750K) and assist two senior partners on complex, high value (in excess of £1M) catastrophic injury claims.
- The caseload will consist of complex, high value multi-track injury claims (in the region of 15-25 files) and catastrophic injury claims involving brain injury, spinal cord injury, amputation and fatal claims.
- You will work as part of an established team progressing each file from receipt of papers from the insurer client to full resolution of the claim.
- The role will see you engage with sophisticated senior claims handlers in long-standing insurance clients.
- You may also from time to time be involved in business development initiatives to further increase the profile of the team.
The Candidate
- The firm are keen to hear from qualified solicitors or CILEX lawyers with proven long term experience in managing work as outlined above mainly on the catastrophic injury side of matters.
- Candidates from a claimant background will also be considered.
