Senior Legal Counsel (Real Estate focus)
Gloucestershire, with hybrid working opportunities

Excellent opportunity to move in to an exciting in-house role, joining this highly successful investment group to be based in their HQ offices in Gloucestershire.
This is a Senior Legal Counsel role, joining a strong in-house legal team of 7 lawyers of varying seniority. This role in particular will focus on a wide range of Real Estate work across the group so you will have a strong Real Estate background, gained in-house or from working at leading private practice firms. Any additional experience across lending and finance would also be valuable but isn’t essential.
Our client is open to candidates PQE levels but as a guide the successful candidate is likely to have perhaps a minimum of 6-8yrs+ of strong Real Estate experience.
The work is varied and will include real estate lending and development finance. You will provide advice and support internally, and work closely with the group’s external advisers.
This is a full-time, permanent appointment and an important addition to the existing legal team.
