Commercial Property Solicitor - 3+ PQE
This is a great position for a Commercial Property Solicitor. Our client has an excellent reputation, and deal with a high quality and varied caseload. The firm have a dynamic and imaginative culture which allows their junior lawyers to develop their careers.
The Commercial Property department houses lawyers with the highest level of expertise. You will deal with a varied client base which covers SME's, national companies and smaller corporates across a number of industry sectors. You will be involved with an interesting mix of work which includes portfolio acquisitions and disposals; the acquisition of sites for commercial, industrial, residential and mixed use; the grant, renewal and termination of leases and related matters; and joint venture agreements, conditional sale and purchase contracts, auctions and options.
You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor over 3 years' PQE (guideline) gained at a reputable firm and demonstrable experience in Commercial Property. You will have good team skills and give a first class service to clients. Salary is competitive but depends on your level of PQE, plus an excellent benefits package. The firm offer a good work/life balance with hybrid working available.
