You will join a global, Top 20 law firm consistently recognised for its innovative and forward-thinking approach. The firm has a strong focus on developed and emerging markets and boasts an impressive track record in many sectors, including transport, energy, and finance.

The Role:

You will join a nationally recognised Commercial team as a Legal Director in Manchester.

The team are involved in a broad range of Commercial work and are frequently involved in major projects for some of the largest businesses in the UK and beyond. You can expect to play a vital role in the development of key client relationships whilst working side by side with Partners to drive the growth of the team forward.

As you carve out a path to partnership in this growing team, you will receive 1:1 support from Partners to develop your technical, commercial and leadership abilities, whilst building a business case from day one.

Requirements:

• As a guide, this role would suit a Commercial Lawyer with 7+ years PQE
• Experience across a broad range of commercial contracts is essential
• IP and data protection experience would be advantageous, but not essential
• Experience gained with a large regional or city law firm, or comparable in-house legal team
• Previous leadership/project management experience is desirable
