This popular City firm is looking to recruit an Associate and Senior Associate for its Corporate department for roles which will be fairly broad but where Venture Capital / early-stage investment work will feature.
The firm has long standing roots in technology, fintech and digital media in addition to financial and professional services.
Following a good round of promotions this year, an opportunity exists for both an associate 1-6PQE and a senior associate, c.5+ PQE, to join this well-rounded Corporate department. Whilst the range of deals undertaken across the group will be broad (M&A, ECM, PE) this role will have a degree of focus on VC deals and experience and enthusiasm for working with young companies and/or their investors is required.
