A rewarding opportunity has arisen for an experienced and ambitious Remortgage Conveyancer to join one of the UK's leading Conveyancing practices on a fully remote/home working basis.
This is your opportunity to join one of the UK's leading conveyancing businesses which now incorporates many of the fastest growing, most innovative brands within the UK property market. Dedicated to ensuring that clients have the best possible experience during a transaction, they are constantly innovating, upgrading, and using modern technology along with the wealth of experience and expertise of their Conveyancing teams to provide the highest level of service for their clients.
You will play a vital role in contributing to the first-class service provided to clients and other third parties dealing with a caseload of remortgage transactions. Your new role will see you effectively manage your own remortgage conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion.
Ideally you must have at least 2 years' previous remortgage experience in a paralegal/fee earner capacity and be confident in handling your own high-volume caseload. You will have great interpersonal skills, strong IT skills and be willing to work to tight deadlines.
