Residential Conveyancing - Technician / Assistant

Required: A highly experienced and technically minded Conveyancing Assistant
The role would suit an individual with prior fee earning experience wishing to take slight step back from the front line.
The firm are an established high street name within the Hampshire region, boasting number of offices which have seen steady growth and success since the firm was. The conveyancing team work incredibly well together, they are efficient, professional and do a great job for their clients which is the foundation of their continued success.
The team are looking for a Conveyancing Technician, essentially an individual who will provide support with all manner of residential conveyancing files and reporting on all aspects from pre-exchange to include title, checking and reports on Freehold, Leasehold Contract, Plot Purchases and Shared Ownership, reporting on mortgage offers, file checking and preparation for exchange. The position provides a highly valued resource to the team dealing with a broad range of issues that arise and deal directly with clients and solicitors
As an individual you should be competent and capable of working in a fast paced often deadline driven team environment, with an eye for detail and be able to work in a methodical manner. It is likely that you may have previously been a fee earner yourself or currently fee earning and wishing to take a step back from being on the front line and having files in your name. This is a fast-paced role in a busy team who have a great work ethic and support each other so the perfect environment for you to thrive and make the best use of your acquired expertise.
