The Role:

This is a highly rewarding opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer to join the firm's vibrant office in Pontefract.

To align with the firm's amiable ethos, you will be a personable and motivated individual, keen to build upon the strong client base in and around the area, which also includes HNW individuals.

You will manage a diverse caseload of sale and purchase matters from file opening to completion, including freehold and leasehold transactions.

You can expect to receive a high level of support and significant investment in your professional development. You will be working alongside respected Lawyers, who will give you the platform to further expand your Conveyancing network and progress through the ranks.

Requirements:

• You will be a qualified Solicitor, Licenced Conveyancer, Legal Executive or Fee Earner with a minimum of 2 years PQE
• You will have the ability to manage your own caseload with limited or no supervision
• You will have good business development experience
• You will have excellent communication skills
