Data Privacy Solicitor - 12 Month Contract - US City Law Firm

We have just been instructed on a fantastic new opportunity within an Elite US City Law Firm. They are looking for a qualified solicitor to join the firm's data protection, privacy and cybersecurity team on a 12-month contract covering maternity leave.

The firm's data privacy team advises on the full scope of data protection matters, advising on cross border transactions, disputes, and breach matters. You will be working with multinational clients, including those developing and deploying Machine Learning / AI technologies, on related UK and EU legislation and regulation, so prior experience in this is a necessity.

The successful data privacy solicitor is likely to be upwards of 6 PQE, with relevant experience gained within a Top 100 US/International Law firm or In House dealing with cross border transactions and matters related to UK/EU data privacy laws including GDPR. The firm is open to individuals seeking to work reduced hours, however ideally this role will be full time.
