Description
As a Conveyancing Paralegal you will be working on a varied caseload of conveyancing mattes. A typical day could include:
- Ordering searches.
- Dealing with exchanges of contracts on sales and purchases.
- Post completion work.
- Drafting transfer deeds.
- Ensuring excellent client care.
Profile
You will have a minimum of 6 months experience working within conveyancing and will be based in Nottingham or close by and able to commute. You will have excellent attention to detail and be able to provide excellent client care.
