They are now looking to expand their tier 1 Court of Protection department in Guildford in line with exceptional recent successes.



This represents a great opportunity for a solicitor of 2-4 years PQE, with experience in court of protection matters seeking a new opportunity in Guildford, Surrey.

The Role:

This is a great opportunity for a Solicitor of 2-4 years PQE, experienced in court of protection matters to join a highly respected team, at a L500 top 100 firm based in Guildford, Surrey.

You will join a growing and dynamic team, that deal with all aspects of court of protection work, including property matters and community care.

The team consists of 5+ fee earners including the head of department who is a legal 500 recommended lawyer who you would work closely alongside as you assist on a broad diet of complex cases.

Requirements:

  • You will be a Solicitor 2-4 years PQE with experience of working in court of protection matters.
  • You will have an eye for detail, and be motivated to join a heavy-hitting practice.
