The Role:

  • This is a highly rewarding opportunity for a Corporate Partner to join the firm's vibrant office in Newcastle, with hybrid working in place
  • Despite being situated within a regional firm, the Corporate team work on high-profile, high-value matters comparable to their national competitors, with a client base ranging from national heavyweights and HNW individuals to public sector organisations
  • As such, you manage a diverse caseload covering all aspects of corporate matters, including M&A transactions, corporate reorganisations, private equity deals and joint ventures
  • As a Partner, you will also supervise the junior members of the corporate team, with the freedom further grow and shape the department

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A well-established Corporate Solicitor with a minimum of 8 years PQE
  • Strong business development capabilities
  • First-class communication and an entrepreneurial flair
