Real Estate Finance Solicitor, Manchester- NQ

Excellent opportunity for a junior real estate finance lawyer to join the Manchester office of an international firm.

The Role

- To advise on a broad range of structured real estate finance deals
- Assist in the structuring of transactions
- Draft and negotiate facility, security and CP documents
- You will be dealing with all aspects of Real Estate Finance Transactions, acting for multiple lender clients.

The Candidate

- Real Estate finance lawyer- NQ(candidates qualifying in September are encouraged to apply)
- Applications are encouraged from banking or real estate lawyers who are open to focussing on real estate finance
- Strong academic and training record
- Excellent client facing skills
- A team player
