Commercial Property Solicitor – 2yrs+
Leeds
This Top 150 Leeds firm are looking for an experienced Commercial Property specialist to join their highly regarded team.
The role is for a Solicitor between 2-5 yrs (approx.) qualified. The real estate team is one of the leading ones in the region and highly ranked in the Legal 500 and Chambers Guide.
The workload will be a good mix of commercial property work including landlord and tenant work, development and acquisitions. The firm are well known for their Retail and Tech sector work and those with a background in retail and/or tech would be of interest, although a general commercial property background is fine.
The client base is strong with a number of ‘known’ national clients and smaller SME’s.
You should have experience at a City or Regional practice and be comfortable dealing with your own caseload of work.
The firm offer genuine progression and are keen on developing their own people so forwarding your career is realistic here. If you are looking for an alternative outside of massive national/global practices without compromising on work quality then this would be a great move.
