Conveyancing Paralegal required by a legal 500 full-service law firm based near Coventry. Joining this friendly and supportive conveyancing team, you will be managing a small case load of mixed conveyancing files. The firm have lots of opportunities for career progression and development and can offer routes for qualification.
Description
As a Conveyancing Paralegal you will be working closely with the department, helping on a range of mixed conveyancing matters to include purchases, re-mortgages, leasehold sales and more!
A typical day could include drafting a range of letters and documents, dealing with post-completion, taking instructions from clients and preparing and submitting SDLT forms.
Profile
In order to be considered for this role you will have 6 months experience working within conveyancing. You will have excellent time management and communication skills and be able to work to tight deadlines.
