NQ Property Solicitor: Leeds/Hybrid

My client is one of the largest legal businesses in both the United Kingdom and across the world. The firm is recognised for the strength of its property investment and development practice with experienced lawyers attracting a large and varied client base. There is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified lawyer (solicitor / legal executive) to join the team based out of Leeds.

This role will involve working on a number of transactional real estate projects and with regular instructions from institutional investors and major national retailers there will be plenty for the successful candidate to get involved in. There is a particular focus within my client's team on transactions involving alternative investment assets, healthcare and leisure assets, student accommodation and commercial ground rent investments.

With a client base that extends to institutions known regionally, nationally and internationally this is the perfect opportunity for a property lawyer looking to make a strong positive start to their qualified legal career.

In order to be considered for this role, you must either be a newly qualified lawyer (solicitor or legal executive) or must be approaching qualification whether this be through completion of a training contract or other qualification requirements. Previous real estate experience is strongly preferred by my client, and any solicitors applying for this role should have completed a real estate / commercial property seat as part of their training contract. As well as strong academics, the successful candidate will be someone who is well-organised, a confident communicator and an individual who can form good relationships with colleagues.
